Card processing is provided by third-party processors you connect. Gearstac is not your merchant of record unless expressly agreed in a separate agreement.
Messaging
Throughput, carrier filtering, and consent requirements apply to SMS/email. You are responsible for campaign content and recipient permission.
Financing / BNPL
Customer financing applications may be routed to lenders. Approval decisions and credit agreements are between the customer and the lender.
Integrations
Optional partners (parts, history, accounting, reviews) process data under their terms once you enable credentials.
