Keep credentials confidential, assign roles appropriately, and revoke access when staff leave. Do not probe, scrape, or attack the platform or other tenants.
SMS and email must follow consent and opt-out rules. Gearstac provides STOP/START handling; you remain responsible for message content and applicable law.
